Springfield Hub ("The Hub") provides a directory and community platform for informational purposes only. We do not endorse, certify, or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any business, marketplace item, roommate listing, or job opening. Users engage with third-party providers, employers, or individuals at their own risk.
2. Community Tools (Jobs & Notice Board)
The Hub is not an employment agency. We are not responsible for the recruitment process, employment contracts, or the behavior of employers/employees. Our "Notice Board" (Shoutouts) is a public forum; users are solely responsible for the content of their posts. Any reports of safety cameras or community alerts are for awareness and do not constitute legal or professional advice.
3. Lost & Found / Pet Alerts
The Hub facilitates community reconnection for lost items and pets. We are not responsible for the recovery, safekeeping, or condition of any items or animals reported. Users should exercise extreme caution when arranging to meet individuals found via this service.
4. Automated Intelligence & Dining
Our "4300 Pulse" and "What's for Dinner?" services use automated tools to aggregate content from public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy of train times, fuel prices, or dining specials. Pricing and availability are determined solely by the respective venues and can change without notice.
5. User Conduct & Accuracy
By submitting any content, you warrant that all information is accurate and does not violate the rights of others. The Hub reserves the right to remove any content (including job posts, shoutouts, or reports) at our sole discretion without notice.
6. Australian Consumer Law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any breach of a condition or warranty which cannot be excluded is limited to the resupply of our information services. Our liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.
